I got confirmation that at hotel premise they have parking for traveller by agent but after reaching i got to know that there was no parking. Apart from this everything was good

l. The resorts were very good both according to ambience and hygiene. Drivers were mostly on time and stopped at good places for food and shopping.Baby food was available in both the resorts in the buffet breakfast as well as in the main menu. The cruise was enjoyable. Thank you once again for planning the trip so well and guiding us.

Travel agent and cab driver were awesome in support and coordinate. As of hotel, i just have 3 problems due to which i give it 3: 1. The pool of the resort is closed. So couldn’t enjoy the pool ...

when on stay. (Agent has informed it earlier, but still it’s a deduction in our amenities) 2. Within the hotel we don’t have any options for entertainment/indoor sports. So when it rains heavily, we didn’t have more choice other than our own company. 3. We faced minor issues in the room. But the staff were quick to resolve the same.

Hotel room wasn't good no electric kettle, small cockroach were there, no good view from room. Breakfast and hotel food was nice though.

On the first day of arrival due to our flight delay we checked in at hotel late at night . But even after informing , dinner was not provided for us , even though we had two small kids with us . ...

Second , the cruise that was booked for us was not good . It was very local . If we had known about it before we would have asked to change the cruise and paid additional charges too . We are so disappointed after reaching the cruise . Thirdly , we were not informed that there will be no scuba diving and snorkeling . But it was mentioned in the package

The overall trip was good. However inspite of intimating that we would be reaching early at the hotel and to give early check in for atleast one room we were made to wait for atleast 3 hrs. I fee...

l that should be taken into consideration. The taxi driver didn't inform us that one of the locations were to close by 5 pm and hence missed the sightseeing as it was already closed, which was another disappointment. Anyways we built good memories out of our vacation.
